This non-profit organization provides a structure and system that helps the tenant landlord relationship move smoothly and effectively. Affinity works to direct, tour and destinate the tenant. The tenant, lawmaker and landlord is provided with a detailed guide to maintain all the resources they need. 

Other programs focus on treating the homeless problem instead of working to prevent it. Even the programs that try to prevent eviction in other states focus on legal aid to tenants instead of the full picture to their situation. These programs also tend to work against landlords and rental companies instead of providing a network of dialogue among all parties involved.

Affinity not only works to prevent eviction it provides a multi-tier approach to enabling tenants, landlords, local government, and the community to work together to reduce cost and ultimately boost the economy.

Affinity's system is compatible with any community. Volunteers will have the resources they need to implement the project within their home towns and cities eventually leading to a coalescence of small community projects into state and federal programs.
